About the Commands menu

This menu contains items that enable you to find and use UNIX commands. It gives you clear information about what commands there are and what they do. It covers:

• looking-up commands in the on-line manual
• an alphabetical list of the most popular commands
• UNIX commands for VMS users
• UNIX commands for DOS users
