Troubleshooting
If your dialup connection fails, go to the dialup or network settings for your computer and double check all your settings. Your dialup or login username must be your full e-mail address, "username@goldengate.net". Your password must be entered exactly, uppercase and lowercase letters are different. Make sure that your modem is connected correctly if its an external type, and that you can make a voice phone call on the phone line your modem is on.
